When you are looking for a recipe to eat .than nothing Hit the spot like a hot steamy chicken Yakhni pulao. From my @myfooddairy100
Ingredients for chicken Yakhni pulao
Chicken Gravy 600g
2tbsp of black pepper 2pcsGinger, garlic (paste)
2 bunch of Green coriander, half bunch Mint leaves
Tomato 2 pcs
Lemon 1 pc
Coriander (powder) ½ tsp
White cumin (powder) ½ tsp
Red pepper powder ½ tsp
Yogurt 3 tbsp
Hot spice 1 tsp
Fenugreek 1 tsp
Coriander 1 tsp
Whole white cumin 1 tspGarlic 4 pcs
Take water in a pot. Add chicken, one onion, white cumin, garlic, coriander and boil it for ten minutes till you get the soup.Put oil in a cooking vessel. Now take onions, cumin, chopped green pepper, ginger & garlic paste in the vessel until its brown. Add tomatoes, ginger, mint, lemon, salt, white cumin, coriander, crushed red pepper, yogurt and prepared soup. Cook the gravy for five to seven minutes.After the gravy is fried, add 600 grams of soup and keep it till it gets boiled. As it is boiled, now add rice and cook it for three to four minute. After the water is dried, add fenugreek, put spices and leave it on steam. Your Yakhni pulao is prepared.
